Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. A no-show includes arriving more than 15 minutes late, as this does not allow sufficient time to complete the scheduled service.
